Course Objectives: 
Students will discover the significance and real-life applications of main Information Technology (IT) domains in business. They will know more about the IT organizations of large enterprises, will learn the roles, processes, and best practices of IT management. Students will be exposed to latest trends and technologies utilized in corporate IT, which may provide a faster adaptation to corporate life. Corporate experts from various fields will provide insight as guest speakers.
Course Content: 

A brief history of IT management and overview of digital transformation. IT ecosystem. ITIL and IT operations. Project management and agile practices. Importance of Devops and Microservices. Latest trends in infrastructure, business intelligence and IT security. Automation, robotic process automation and chatbots. Overview of voice technologies. Future of IT management.
