Course Objectives: 
To learn the Project Management methodology as standardized by PMI- Project Management Institute.
Course Content: 

The stages of PMMI’s project management methodology, 9 different knowledge areas, planning, scheduling of projects, understanding the requirements of IT projects, analyze firm requirements and develop project plans including the necessary constraints, know the modern rapid development cycles, understand CMMI, use a project manahement software such as MS Project, develop a detailed  project plan for an imaginary IT project.

Course Methodology:
